DETERIORATING CONDITIONS and DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

I have been a member at Planet Fitness Roodepoort (Cnr of Doreen and Hendrik Potgieter) for over a year now. During this period of time I have noticed the deterioration in the condition of the workout machines. Not once during this time can I say that all the machines were usable. The body examination machine has not worked for longer than a month at a time and even that is a stretch.

I have personally complained about this in their "complaints book" and have also spoken to a lady at the front desk as the manager of the branch is never available. The lady at the front desk wasn't even sure who to contact for repair work. Before joining Planet Fitness I was a member at Virgin Active where I never experienced any of these problems. The only reason I left was Planet Fitness is closer to my new home. I am seriously considering re-joining Virgin Active.
