Zone fitness deducted my fee of R119 on the 1st October then today a week later on Saturday the 5th they deducted another R119. The same thing happened last month when they deducted R278 on the 31st August and then a week later on Saturday the 7th September they deducted another R248. Why are you deducting extra cash out of my account? This is unlawful and unethical as its done with no prior notice and no agreements!!! as far as im concerned the contract I signed authorised zone to deduct my account on the 1st of each month only!!! The branch told me that finance people dont work weekends... yet they deduct() extra money from clients on weekends? Because of getting the runaround last month i canceled one of my contracts (21677) and will soon cancel the other.
Please refund the extra deductions of R248 for last month and R119 for this month asap. I should add that the ref for extra deductions is "sage" as apposed to "netcash" for regular deductions.
