Just Fitness Refusing to Refund Money

My husband and son joined Just fitness Gym in Weltevreden Park last year. Due to the equipment being faulty and never repaired as well has the high staff turn around at the gym. My husband gave in a cancellation form in October, which gave them more than 30 day calendar month"s notice. The form was signed by the manager at the time, he made a copy and gave the copy to us as proof of the cancellation, but on the 3 December 2013, they deducted the amount off our bank account. I have been trying to sort it out and just get excuses from Megan. She admitted that it was a mistake now we must wait for her CEO Andrew to get back from leave before we can get our refund. We must be out of pocket because they made a mistake. My husband and son have since joined Planet Fitness at a far lower fee, but with a fully functional gym with all the equipment in working order. BE VERY WARY OF JOINING JUST FITNESS. THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAM ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR BANK ACOUNT THEY JUST KEEP DEDUCTING MONEY FROM IT. THEY ARE FAR MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE BIGGER GYMS WHO ACCORDING TO JUST FITNESS BIGGER GYMS ARE INTIMIDATING. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE HAD MONEY DEDUCTED IN ERROR
