Givening out confidential member info to 3rd party

I was refused access to virgin active polokwane by the manager on duty Hellen. Vitality has included my debit order with my life insurance and since then I have had problems with access. When I asked Hellen to give me Marcus the club manger's number to phone him as he knew all about my situation she just refused and said he has gone home. I then explained everything to Hellen and her words to me was IT"S NOT MY PROBLEM! I got extremely upset and said to her it is your problem! Last week Thursday night at 8 am the Police knocked on my door with a file that they opened that had a virgin active letterhead in with all my personal information on it. A criminal charge has been laid against me. I was shocked that Virgin active would do this. I then Phoned Leon and Marcus the club managers and they said Hellen made the case in her personal capacity for alledgedly swearing at her and allegedly calling her a k.f.r!
