Virgin Active Giving Me The Runaround

Spoke to Tshepiso on 31/01/2013 regarding my 30 days notice, she said that i needed to pay about 30% of the remaining contract, called H/O spoke to Monisa said that i needed to pay about 500 to cancel the contract & that i need to call the gym to get the copy so that i can see what i signed for, i called Themba who told me that he cant go and search for my contract as i signed 2011 and he doesn't have time to look for my contract, as per my contract i have 30 days to give notice was never told about the 30% that i have to sign.
