Virgin Active South Africa

I had a contract with virgin active which came to an end in September last year, On abt the 16Th of Jan i phoned in to virgin active in Balfour park to enquire, i spoke to a lady by the name Eva who assisted me i told her i was interested and asked her what she would need for me to engage in a new contract with them, she then found my details on the system and said i should just come and sign contract, i haven't had time to visit the branch and i never signed any contract but on Saturday the 2nd of Feb my account was debited of R369.00, How is this possible?
