Took Money off bank account

I noticed on the 29th of November 2013 that my usual gym fee of R 489.99 was deducted via a debit order. Then I noticed a second amount of R539.00 was also deducted via debit order for which I never signed or gave permission. I have tried to contact Planet fitness via their website, I have sent e-mails via the website as well as to Centurion Mega gym directly. I have called and most of the time the phone just rings and If I leave a message they just don't return my calls

I am highly upset as nobody is getting back to me regarding this urgent matter. They take your money and then that's it, sorry for you. I have been a member for nearly a year and I pay the full price...
