Beware: Debit order on a non-member's account!!!

I am not a member of Planet Fitness, and out of the blue they attempt putting a debit order through my account. after contacting my bank, they gave me the contact nr for the client (Planet Fitness) to clear this out, but I can't get hold on ANYONE to sort this out. How can you just take money from non-member's accounts???
