Debit order still being deducted

I cancelled my contract in October.

On the first of November I had an increased premium deducted from my account. The first of December they deducted a dubble premium from my account.

This is rediculous.

I emailed them 2 days ago explaining the situation and that I want my R900 back since I am a student and can't afford for them to just deduct whatever they want from my account.

It is now 2 and a half days later and still no reply from a soul. I usually am the calmest person ever, but they have now taken it too far.
If you give them a name of someone who want to join the gym that person will be contacted immediately, but they won't hesitate to take your money unlawfully. This has happened to more than one person that I personally know and I find it pathetic.

Planet Fitness will never see me again or get my recommendation to anyone.

Waiting "patiently" to hear from them... or not...
