Bad service

My wife and I got our eyes tested (me Dec and she in Jan), chose new spectacle frames, get told that we will receive promotional bags as gifts when collecting your specs. Your money gets deducted from your medical aid account almost immediately. In a weeks time they call you to collect your spectacles and tell you that they dont have any promotional bags in stock at the moment but will call you as soon as they get in. They tell you that you are on the waiting list. They never ever called us back. So you start calling them and asking about whats happening about your promotional bag that we were suppose to get. you cant get a straight answer from them, you are now just a thorn in their side and shrug you off as soon as they can. this is false advertising on their part, you are then told that it's "while stocks last" but you are not made aware of this at the beginning. So be very aware when they advertise and throw you a bone, like promotional items that will never reach you. People that i spoke to at Spec Saver canal Walk are: Karen, Heidi, Marianne and Wesley.
