More money taken

I have tried for a month to get a refund for two months worth of gym fees that were erroneously debited from my account. After trying in vain for a month, I still have no idea whether this money will be refunded. I was then debited a FURTHER two months gym fees, ON THE SAME DAY at the beginning of December. This now totals almost R2000 that has been by Planet Fitness. If this is not sorted I shall have to get legal assistance. I am beyond disgusted at their attitude, laziness and sheer pathetic organizational skills.
