Debit order goes of twice no response

I have an account with Planet Fitness Lakeview, after informing their offices that I was immigrating to Australia for three years, sending my proof of above stated and that I would like to close my account with them, numerous emails were sent to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] I resent the email on the 29th of November, on the 2nd of Dec as well as this morning early. Attaching proof of that my account was debited twice with two different amounts etc. I am sure that they would be very upset if that should have happened to them and they could not get ANY response what so ever.

I am very disappointed in them, always got very good service from their side, but I guess there is always a first for everything.

I will certainly NOT recommend them to anybody ever again...
