Debit Order?

I have just gone back onto vitality and I paid the once off fee of R975 on Thursday last week. This weekend I had the original fee of R319 come off and yesterday R63.8 came off my account -2 debit orders!!!

I want the R319 reversed and the debit order cancelled, it is so unfair that I keep having soo many problems with you guys.

Please can someone explain to me why this keeps happening.
