What a total bad package!

I have been a member of the Planet Fitness Gym at Soneike, Kuilsriver - Western Cape for more than a year now... I think... This is because I have not received a single statement since the 17th of April 2013. When I approached Planet Fitness, I was given an amount for a 2 year contract. This, as I was informed would work out to a certain amount per month. This year August 2013... Since I joined August 2012, My monthly rates increased?! No-one took the time to inform me before the time that my monthly fee is increasing, you simply send the debit order through. Every end of November, I am expected to pay a double gym fee for "upgrades and new machines"? What upgrades and new machines??? Most of the time machines are broken, there is never enough grips and handles for the cable machines, only 2 rowing machines in the whole gym... And to top it all, my wife, (whom I had convinced to join your gym), had to gym without water!!! Bottled water was not even offered to the members!! That is pathetic service!!!
Banking details changed - resulted in no debit order going off end October 2013. No-one let's me know, this month THREE debits!!!
