Unauthorized Debit Orde

This morning at 4am I was debited R218.90 from my account after I had paid the gym in full and cancelled my membership. I have noticed that they have also taken R20.00 for 2 months on the account. As I said the account was paid in full as explained to me by the Parklands branch and that not another cent would be removed. It is extremely frustrating to have to wake up to this. It is really not a joke. Please reverse the transaction immediately and cancel the debit order or further steps will be taken. I am seriously fed up, especially since I did everything correctly.
