Poor customer service

I have been subjected to a catalogue of errors/lack of good customer service/no valid explanation for steam room being out of order for 2 months, not being able to enter the club freely because my tag is blocked and now I am being chased for money as according to their records, my account is in arrears, despite me paying upfront for membership from Sept to mid Dec. Can't find a Manager who is willing to take responsibility to rectify this total mess of what they call membership. Definitely will not be renewing my membership. Appalling customer service for R695 per month.
