Debit my bank account illegal

Why why why, this is an ongoing thing from 2011 already. I received email from you (Planet Fitness) saying that you cancelled my contract and debit order. Now (after two years) you deduct money from my banking account. I am going legal wise, that's the only way.
Samantha from Aurora (Durbanville) branch is busy. I need my money back in my account and my name, ID and debit order off your books!!!
