Unauthorised debit order. NO customer service

As i was moving to George and they do not have a club in George, after 13 years as a member i had to cancel my membership. I handed in my termination letter to the branch giving the mandatory 30 days notice. I checked later in the month to ensure my membership had been cancelled and the receptionist showed me on her computer screen that it had. 3 months later and the club is still debiting my bank account unlawfully. I emailed head office 2 weeks ago and Ofentse requested the letter, but i hand wrote it in the club and handed it in personally. I want my money back for the unlawful debit orders!!! Planet Fitness offers the WORST customer service i have EVER encountered.
