Unauthorised Debit

I am all for having for a gym contract but it has been almost 2 years since I cancelled my Planet Fitness in Rosebank, Gauteng.
The beginning of last year they started debiting large chunks of money and had to reverse every transaction. Eventually a couple of stop orders later and a call to Planet Fitness's Head Office they eventually stopped.
Now just like clock work they are debiting money off my account:
10 Oct - R250
15 Oct - R250
15 Nov - R250
20 Nov - R250
25 Nov - R250

Strange how its almost every 5 to 10 days. They have no right to debit my account especially after 2 years. What makes it worse is I am back to square one! I have called the Head Office and the financial institution that deal with their accounts. The phone has been put down on my ear three times with endless promises of phoning me back.
