You F#$king staff are RUDE!!! My Fiance Goes to Gatesville Virgin active and Your, Apparently new, Staff thinks its OK to Make fun of her over the mistakes she makes at gym.

She doesn't want to make a big thing out of this but F#$k this. You blarrie make sure your staffs mouths are controlled. do you think Jokes does to a persons Drive to keep fit and attend certain classes? Your brand this the WORST... Seriously. Last complaint i logged was staff not doing their jobs.

Stop Hiring Stupid People and Start focusing on Customer Service. You sort this out with your staff or i will personally visit that gym to resolve this.

I expect each at reception to Be disciplined and i want proof of it. no slap on the wrist.
