Lack of Pilates equipment - Virgin Morningside gym

In the competition between Virgin Active and Planet Fitness, Virgin Active seems now to be the loser.
For over a month now there has been not enough Pilates equipment to go round in Morningside Virgin Active gym, and in spite of three emails to Lynne Callanan the club manager, she has done nothing to address the matter.
More irritating is that in spite of repeated requests to the club manager, there is no one from Virgin's staff in attendance to make sure there is enough equipment.
So classes always start late, as everyone scrambles around the club looking for Pilates rings, Pilates, and matresses.
