TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM STAFF CLUB V VIRGIN ACTIVE

My son is a club v max member for 2years and used to go regularly until Porshe started working there. 1st I thought my son was just cranky and had a bad day but whenever she looks after him I get called within 5mins to collect him. The other staff get to know the kids and actually enjoy their job while Porshe has no interest & doesn't even bother getting to know their names. He hardly comes to gym with me now because she might be there & it causes a huge inconvenience for me to come early without my son. Today he was the only one in his section. He is 20 months old & when I got called 3mins from starting my workout, she wasnt by him & he had a page infront of him. I called her numerous times because as a parent I think that is totally ridiculous, she delibrately ignored me until I touched her arm & still had nothing to say. Do you expect parents to leave their kids with people like that. After 3mins of crying & she cant deal... what the! Porshe should be no where near kids. She is rude, disrespectful, not qualified, has no patience. Alot of staff and parents would agree with me!!! I love the rest of the staff, one can actually speak to them.
