I joined the Witbank Mega Club earlier this year, after all the paper work was filled in, i was told to pay for my tag, and the consultant named Colin would SMS my reference number to me to activate my Discovery Vitality option, after nearly 3 weeks, and some continuous nagging i finally received my reference number, which had expired by then, after filling in more paper work, i received a new reference number, but due to financial difficulties I could not activate my Vitality, i explained this to a consultant and told him to cancel my membership until i can afford to join later. this did not happen as, 2 months later, my account was debited for R445, i phoned the manager and explained my situation and he said he would phone me back to sort it out, which he never did. i phoned 2 more times after my account was debited again, and the same response was given. In total, R4140 was debited with out my knowledge or approval. my account was debited 4 times in August alone I have emailed a Miss Vamisile Seepe with the full explanation of what happened. I'm not a person who likes to publicly complain, but judging by the complaints on here your service is absolutely pathetic!
