Unauthorized debit orde

I joined the gym August of last year and cancelled my membership for he amount of R1926.14. I had been by the gym for over a year and was assured there would be no other fees. This morning I wake up to find that a debit order was attempted on my account (I have no funds in the account so it bounced). This can leave a negative impact on my credit score which is a joke. My reference number is 28638. Please remedy this immediately so that I am not forced to take further action. Thank you
