Sign up promises and still bagless

Signed up in March this year at Planet Fitness, part of the signup was a bag... stock issues prevented the bag from being issued immediately however i was assured that I would be called as soon as they arrived. To date not one phones call!!! Each time I go into the gym I ask if the bags have arrived, if the stock is there it can't be issued due to someone having the key and not being at the gym or some other reason. Saturday I walked into the gym to see a bag being issued and once again i was told I had to 'come back tomorrow for my bag to be issued! Needless to say on Sunday when i went to the gym there was no bag!!!

I am no over the excuses, the promises and 'coming back tomorrow'!
