Debits funds each and every day

I signed up with planet fitness at the beginning of August, within five days I cancelled it due to the consistently bad attitude from my sale's person/account holder. The contract stipulates that when you cancel your contract within five days of opening it all funds will be returned and you won't have to pay again.

So on the last day of August they debited money from my account for Gym fees. I go to them and they simply say that I should reverse the order. So I do that, I wake up this morning to see that the order has not been reversed and yet they simply deducted the same amount yesterday. This is considered, in my eyes, as not only pathetic service but also illegal.

I can not go and sit in the bank again for another two hours, so if that money is not refunded within five working days I will take them to court. I still have a letter that I made my account holder at Planet Fitness sign, stipulating the cancellation of our agreement.

Can one company be so poor that they have to debit the same amount two days in a row? Perhaps, they are not poor but their personnel does not have enough brain cells to simply put two and two together. I wonder?
