I have been robbed by carlton gym

i wanted to lose wait so i decide to join carlton gym since it was the one closer to me. when i was supose to start gym i found out that i was 4 months pregnent. i did go and inform the guy that assisted me to open an account. and i told him i dont want to cancel coz im going to come back after the baby, unfotunertly i dint comeback. after a year and couple of months i went back and wanted to cancel the subscription. i ask the guy that i want to pay all out standing amount that i owe and cancel. he then asked me to type in a letter that states why im i cancelling the subcription and gave me the amount that i had to pay. and iwas R300 and i even told him that i didnt pay that month coz the was no money in my account and that was 27 th of august.
he said to me that the amount that he menssion inclused that payment for augusts. the name of that guy was thabang.three days after the cancelletion i was told that im owing them money for the 25 of august i told them that i payed i even went and gave the the reciepts, i was told that the system didnt update .who's fault is that. i told them i wont pay. to my suprice the account is not closed and they still taking my money pls help
