Locked account since Sept 2012

Last year, the end of august I opened an account at jet stores in Carlton Centre, it was opened and I was allowed to take clothes immediately.was, paying it off and when I wanted to take clothes on the account in September, I was told it is blocked, they said was being investigated and the would need bank details and proof of work as well as my-payslip, I gave then the details and the lady told me she had faxed it through, I went there every Friday 4 that whole year nothing was done, I payed the account off in December and asked them to rather close it.they told me they would but never did. I went back time and time again and they told me to bring the same documents again and I did still its not fixed
