POOR MANAGEMENT

I and my family are regular members at Virgin Active Pinetown. We had on numerous occasions reported the unhygenic condition and practices of members to the attention of management but had no real outcome. Some of the issues are equipment not working/outdated; no soap dispensers in showers; water dispensers not working; members training without towels & appropriate training gear;
The gym has a huge membership with little or no supervision. Instructors are uncomfortable to enforce and correct poor behaviour. The General Manager (Sli) was asked to phone me on a number of occasions but did not do so.
I use this gym becuase it is close to my residence (2km), else I would use the Westvile or Kloof gyms.
Complaints have been previously made but no response. Would be grateful something positive comes out of this report.
