It took 3 emails to get a response to my querying non receipt of an order supposedly dispatched 23 October. Asked to wait another week due to delays with the postal system. Still not to hand & I have again emailed asking for a refund as I've bought from another source. Should have checked google and this site first. Given the number of unresolved complaints I would not have ordered from them and certainly won't ever again.
