On the 21st of June 2013 i went to Carlton Gym just wanting to check my weight and I asked to use their scale to get my weight and height, the person who was assisting me was Gideon and he convinced me to join the gym but i told him I'm not sure about my working situation as I'm always in and out of joburg and i can't be binded to the gym, he asked me just to fill out the application and he will not process anything until i come through to confirm my availabilty and also pay the R250 registration fee. I never managed to go to the gym and i never even paid the registration fee, the next thing debit orders are coming out from my account for carlton gym fee and when i called to the accounts departments they just said there's nothing they can do and the attitude they gave me was so rude, because of that i went to the bank and asked them to block and reverse the debit. the next month i got an sms from carlton gym that my name was handed to Visagie Fourie Attorneys for an amount of R3000.00, i called the firm and explained the situation and they gave me the same story that they cannot do anything, Please Help...
