1stly I took a 12months contract with a guy called Mark who had promised me the would be no R100 tag fee (as part of his marketing strategy). Few months Down the line I get told I owe a tag. When I raised this issue I was told it will be sorted little did I know that meant the deducting the R100 4rm my acc without me knowing. I let it go as I realised principles is not what the staff there have. Now I get told my 12mnth contract was auto renewed to 24mnths when I clearly asked Mark about this in the beginning and he assured me after sept 2013 my contract will end. Now they telling me I can't cancel the contract until 2014 because apparently when I signed the 12mnths contract I also gave them permission to "auto renew" my contract for another 12months. I am disgusted but I guess that's how they make their money.
