Re: Contract with Planet Fitness 2010 Auto Renewal
It is with absolute dismay that I have to resort to this kind of resolution. I took a contract with your company, now in hind sight the worst decision ever, in May of 2010. The contract was signed at the Fourways branch with a consultant Nkosi (as signed on the contract no surname or name for that matter) At the clause "Auto Renewal" I marked " no" and still in June of 2011 this instalment was taken from my account. On August 3 2011 I spoke to a person Lizet van Loggernberg at your head office. She proceeded to tell me that she did not have a copy of the original contract and if it would be possible to email the contract to her as I did to confirm the "Auto Renewal" NO August 12th she still has not contacted me back so I called her. She then referred me to Mr Johan Odendal at Planet Fitness Fourways. He was needless to say never available so I contacted Ms van Loggenberg again and was assured by her that it was a mistake on your companies part and that the consultant did not forward the contract and there for they were not aware of the fact that I did not want the contract to continue.
