Terrible service

I have had an on going problem with this gym. I joined as it was close to my home and convenient for me, the prices increased almost every 3 months without warning, I disputed this many times and nobody came back to me. My contract expires in February 2014 and I was told im on an automatic renewal, which meant if I did not phone when I did I would be stuck in a contract for another year or so. I then called in the beginning of December 2013 to make sure that my contract does not get renewed I was given the run around spoke to numerous people, I sent countless emails to many people to confirm my cancellation and nobody responded. I have been trying to get in contact with someone who can confirm that my contract will not be renewed and the wanderers staff are incompetent and have no idea what they doing. Head office keeps me holding for hour upon hour! I am moving to VIRGIN ACTIVE and want nothing to do with planet fitness they are a useless fitness industry!!
