Auto renewal of contract from 2010

To whom it may concern

it was in my last year of contract (2010) where Planet fitness has auto renewed my contract from 2011 without receiving a notification of asking for my permission... I have been billed for two years without the knowing or contacted from planet fitness notifying me about this huge amount... a bill coming to round R10 000..No contact from planet fitness has occurred during that time period except for contacting me at the end of 2012 announcing the amount I owe

I believe this a sort of scheme from your company... failing to get your clients permission is against the consumer's protection law... I have not received an email, letter or phone call (except the one after 2012) I believe I am being robbed unfairly... your company has failed to inform me about renewing my contract from 2011 onwards and to take advantage of me without my acknowledgement. I believe your communicating skills to your clients is very poor and should be taken account for..

please enlighten me on this situation and fix it
because I believe this is not the first time it has happened.
There are many other clients who are in the same situation..
