I'm not happy with the R51 membership increase, I had my gym membership for 8 years and never once the annual fees rise so much, I rather look at other gyms from now on, congratulations Virgin Active, you just lost a Member as of 01/01/2014.
Can you please advise me on how to continue the cancellation, else keep my membership @R133
