Excessive membership price increase Virgin Active

I want to complain about the enormous price increase - 38% - in the membership fees for 2014. This is far too much, it is usually and should be somewhere in line with inflation. They have been maintaining their gyms for years on about a 5% annual increase and all their new membership income. I don't think anything can justify this.
