I joined the gym in 2009 or early 2010 and paid for the contract fully by swiping my card. I just received an sms stating the following: Your absolute fitness account has been handed over for collection and you are now blacklisted. To qualify for discount and clear your name contact us on 082 615 0942.
What contract and how can there be any outstanding fees that I've missed? This is not my responsibility to do their job of reconciling their bank statements. I will take this up with the Ombudsman.
