38.4% increase in fees is unacceptable

I am a loyal national member of Virgin Active and find that 38.4% annual increase on monthly membership fee is unacceptable. Tracy Lee has been making generic statments, in response to complaints on this website, but yet to create any change in the situation. I am not surprised by the price increase, I am disgusted by it! I do not need explanation of the factors and excuses of upgrading the Classic clubs. I want a reduction in the monthly subscription. I will accept an increase of 5-6%, which is inflation related. I will expect to see this adjustment from the start of March 2014. I will only entertain corresepondence on this solution.
