I joined planet fitness roughly 2 years ago. It was explained to me that i'd receive a bag with the gyms branding upon joining. I went to follow this up beginning of the year - Feb. spoke to a consultant (who's name i have) who kept telling me tomorrow tomorrow. this went on for a month. i got tired and left this, recently my fried joined the Bedford branch and within a week received his bag. So i went back to my branch (11/11/13) asked to speak to someone, they took my contact number and assured me someone would contact me. I went back the 14/11/13 as no one had contacted me. spoke to a senior employee (who's name i have also) he again said someone from sales department would contact me, i gave my details again. YET AGAIN i received no call, prompting me to walk for the 3rd time during my lunch break, this was now 19/11/13. This time i spoke to someone from sales, who then asks me to provide a copy of a contract i signed 2 years ago or if recalled the consultant who i dealt with 2 years ago!! YET again he asked me for me details so that 'someone' would ''definitely contact me''. It is the 25/11/13 and still no contact. Maybe i should miss a payment then they contact me!!
