Submitted a cancellation request still no feedback

Last week on the 29 October I used the contact field on planet fitness's website to submit a cancellation
request. It's been a week now still with no response. Yesterday I phoned the club in Centurion who said they'll email me the forms which I still haven't received. I am starting to feel that it's planet fitness 's policy
to ignore clients who wish to cancel their membership.
