Debit order taken on wrong dates

I've been struggling with Planet Fitness here in Montana Park, Pretoria. I get my salary on the last day of the month after close of business as I work on sales commission. For that reason I set the date of my debit order on the contract on the 1st of the month. This was not a problem till lately they started taking the money on the 27th or 28th of the month. That means I'm paying this amount twice in one month. Also, they do this without, at least, notifying me or asking for permission. This means that there are not sufficient funds available at the time and the debit order get rejected by my bank. This leaves me with a bad credit record, although I did not have anything to do with it. Speaking to their managers and accounts people didn't help me at all. I cancelled my contract with them and specifically denied them permission to take money from my bank. If there was any money owed to them they could follow legal procedures to get it. They went ahead this month and took another payment, without consent, from my bank account. I feel they bully customers with their attitude and the way they do business and I feel that they have treated me unfairly.
