Unauthorised debit orde

Was a member of Planet Fitness 3yrs ago, they over charged me monthly and to date still no refund. Last month, after I stopped being a member for 2yrs, they started debit order from my account again, not once but twice a month! Same thing happened this month! Phone their head office, Rosebank branch and wrote on their Fb wall but it's been over a month and no one has bothered to assist me resolve this. I saw that I'm not the only one experiencing this situation on their Fb wall, this is totally unacceptable.
