First Impressions last!

I went to open a contract at Virgin Active's Groenkloof branch. I was so pleased with Kat's attitude and the way she treated us.
She had a great attitude and made us feel so comfortable.
I was also supposed to get a bag for joining, but their storeroom was locked. She phoned me personally on Monday again to apologise for the bag I have yet to receive and that she will phone me as soon as I can pick it up.

This was my first visit ti the branch and I was really very pleased with her.
