Totally incompetent

Absolutely incompetent staff, including the manager. Signed to continue my contract and for 4 months straight they wanted to charge me for things that are not applicable to my contract. Even after repeatedly bringing in my contract copy and even speaking to the manager, nothing was done! Planet Fitness is just after the money but don't do their job properly first. When I spoke to the manager she assured me that she's an honest person and she will sort it out. Rubbish! Instead she moved clubs and nothing has been done! Ridiculous amounts of money where charged from my account and once I stopped all debit orders from them they wanted 20 rand for every order I stopped, even though the debit orders were unjustified!

I can just say that if I had know how incompetent their staff is, I would not have continued my contract with planet fitness!
