Threatening attitude / Assault

This morning at Planet Fitness Witbank, at about 09:45 there was a situation with one of the trainers. According to Edwin Shakwane I dropped a 50kg weight, whereby he reprimanded us and told us not to drop the weights, I replied with "Who dropped the weights? " and he said we always drop the weights. I asked him if he wants to talk rules, why don't he and his trainee's put away their weights when their done and he reacted arrogantly. I turned around and said my exact words "THIS IS " and this is where Edwin started becoming aggressive and threatening in front of witnesses.

Keep in mind I have a wife that is 36 week's pregnant, so I can not let ANY ONE threaten them. He then, during the argument, threatened me in front of every one present "I will get you, not here, but at the mall, outside". He grabbed my by the shirt at one stage, lifting his other hand, formed a fist and physically threatened to assault me.

I did try to take him one side to talk to him, but he refused. So I laid a complaint with the manager.

Yes I was angry also and said stuff, but NO ONE threatens my life, that can harm my wife and unborn baby!! If Edwin apologises I will let the complaint go...
