I have transferred my contract from Parklands Planet fitness to Plattekloof Planet fitness at the end of June 2013. I have relentlessly gone back and from both these gyms with no help at all. I have paid the R150 and filled in the application form and it was sent off. I dealt with a 'Lauren' at Parklands and she informed me weeks later that she is fighting on my behalf with head office as they recently passed a rule suggesting that I have to pay quite a large amount to have my contract transferred. I have visited both gyms several times, each blaming the other gym, I have left my number with them countless times and no one ever called me back. It is 6 months down the line and still nothing. I am absolutely appalled by this as my contract has already been completely paid off. I have now lost those six months worth of membership and I am hoping that this situation will be rectified immediately and that I will be reimbursed for it, as this is a breach of contract. I have contacted the customer service office, but no helpful response. Appalled.
