No feedback / False Promises

I have received absolutely NO feedback from Virgin Active after several emails sent to them - only automated replies to rate their service - what service? At the very least have the decency to provide feedback to your clients VA!!
I recently signed up at VA Roodepoort and am seriously disappointed with the false promises made. I was promised a Virgin Active bag upon signup and have been given the run around to date. It is extremely frustrating as not once in my several efforts made to contact Borris (consultant) from VA was I honestly told that I will not receive a bag - why the false promises instead of upfront honesty. I fully understand that VA has various promotions which varies from month to month - however I was promised a bag at time of signup which email trails clearly proves. Surely accountability and ethics form part of the Virgin active Brand or does it not!
