Going Beyond expectations

I would like to give a high 5 to Michelle at the Call Centre and Jackie from the Carlton Centre branch for the outstanding service I received from them.

I was looking for riding boots and couldn't get my size around Johannesburg and they were only available @ Somerset West which Michelle advised that they can be couriered to my nearest branch which is Carlton Centre.

I got a call from Michelle confirming the above and that they got stock and I will be getting a call from Carlton Centre as well as that it will take up to 2 weeks to receive the boots in Jhb. That very afternoon I got a courtesy call from Jackie and she said she'll advise as soon as the boots arrive.

On Monday literally a coupla days later I got a call from Jackie advising that the boots had arrived, boy was I ecstatic and when I got to the Carlton branch, not only did I get my boots but I also got a 30% discount from WRewards, WHAT MORE COULD A GAL ASK FOR...
