Carltons poor after sales service

I've had the brazilian done at Carlton eastgate. Two and a half weeks later, the condition of my hair was worse than before I did it - frizzy, untidy hair. I've sent an e-mail to Carlton hair Eastgate with a picture of what my hair looks like. This was on the 21st of March. I 've sent the same e-mail to head office several times. I've even phoned Kim Day, who promised she would get back to me. It's the 25th of April and I still haven't received a response to my complaint.
